Kathryn Sorrells

I am a mid-life career changer who discovered that teaching was my passion when I watched my own children enter school.  In my early career, I was a University Academic Advisor, a Textbook Editor, and a Children’s Pastor.  I’m now entering my tenth year as a teacher, and my greatest joy is reading with students and helping students improve their writing skills.

When I’m not teaching, I like to cook, travel, read, hike, ski, read, watch movies, play NYT word games (it’s a bit of a problem…).  Oh!, and I also like to read.
