I grew up in Maryland, and graduated from Boston University with a degree in psychology and political science. I completed a Master’s in Foreign Service at Georgetown and a Master’s in Education at Loyola College. I taught special education in Maryland, and Montrose, CO, before finding my home in kindergarten! This is my 18th year teaching kindergarten at Carson! I can hardly believe that some of my first Carson students have graduated from college!
When I am not at school you will find me reading, hiking, and drinking tea. My daughter is at college in Washington State, and I am still learning to be a dog person with Hazel, her quarantine pup
