AUCTION KICK OFF PARTY & AUCTION DONATION COMPETITION
Thursday, September 28, 5:00-7:00pm at Megan Korell’s House, 130 Hudson St.
Join Auction co-chairs Megan Korrell, Lindsey Begland, Tamar Arbeli and Stephanie Chay for delicious food & drink, and to learn how you can help support Carson’s biggest fundraiser of the year. This year’s theme is “Night at the Speakeasy”. Volunteers are needed for a variety of reasons, so stop by the kick-off party to find the role that works best for you.
The Auction Committee will start accepting donations on the playground or through email for the silent auction next week. You can leave them with your class liaison or anyone on the auction committee. Ideas for this include restaurant gift cards, summer camps, bottles of wine, and memberships to area attractions. Any donations received will be tallied and the class with the highest number of donations will get a pizza party!
Another fun way to participate is our class baskets. You should be receiving an email this week from your class liaisons with details on your class theme and instructions of how to participate. We can’t wait to see all of the great ideas everyone comes up with!
Donation deadline: Friday, October 20. Donations can be dropped off in Carson’s Main Office pr through email.
